Sprinting Home!
January 20, 2007

What a beautiful, sunny day for a 6.5 mile run. Lately, I’ve felt like Forrest Gump after he had run for years. Perhaps it’s my scraggly beard and the fact I’ve been running on ice. Today, I felt like the younger Forrest – when he first took off running. I ran as fast as I could for the last three miles. It felt like a race pace.
To celebrate, I’ve decided to shake things up on my blog. No more being confined to all “Home – ” titles. I mixed it up today!

Nice run! I froze my… cough… off tonight on a 6 mile run. I will blog about it later.
How is your toe? I hadn’t been keeping up on blogs this week and you didn’t mention your toe at work. I would have laid hands on it!

Anyway you cut it – this is good competition – we are off by 0.1 miles! I won’t be able to run until Saturday again… so now is your time to build a significant lead! I am contemplating deleting my December data in spite of your decision to keep it. This will skew the data and thus force to to comply.
