After last night’s storm, I decided to try the knee out with a light (6 mile) run this morning. Talk about a SAUNA!! With all the sweat, it was hard to see where I was running. I know…too much detail.

The good news is that the knee did pretty good. Still, I kept thinking about the FELT S32 (see Eric’s del.icio.us tags at http://del.icio.us/ekunnen/bicycle). Maybe I’ll get this for my wedding anniversary today.
