Heading South

Today, I decided to try 20 miles. I headed south and turned around when I hit Allegan County. I did great until I hit about 14 miles. I stopped off at the Hinthorne house and made good use of their water hose!

The last few miles were miserable. The heat really got to me. When I got home, I honestly felt like I was going into shock. I think I’ll wait a while before going that far again (about 18 miles). I won’t mention how long it took.

Home-Church

I thought I would start a blog to journal my running. I’ve been running since April, but not keeping track. I guess I have to start somewhere!

On Friday, I ran from home to Grace Community Church and back (7.0 miles). Then, we went up north to a cabin and I went waterskiing. Ouch!
